What a home kitchen can actually carry

• Up to 60 guests — we can usually cook in your kitchen, if there are two working gas points and reliable water.
• 60 to 120 — we set up outside, typically in the portico or on the terrace, with our own burners. Your kitchen is used for prep and plating only.
• Above 120 — a full outside setup, and we need to see the space before committing. Apartment terraces often will not take it.

The three things people forget until the morning

1. Where the washing-up happens. It needs water, drainage and a place to stack, and it cannot be the same tap the cooking is using.
2. Where the waste goes. A 100-guest function generates more than a household bin can take, and it has to leave the same day.
3. Where guests queue without blocking the puja. This is the one that quietly ruins small functions — the food line crossing the ritual space.

All three get settled at the site visit and written into the plan, which is most of what a site visit is actually for.

Apartments in Vijayawada

Most apartment associations here have rules about lift use, cooking in common areas, LPG cylinders on upper floors, and timings. Clubhouse bookings commonly end at 10pm sharp. Yes. Prasadam is cooked first, in dedicated vessels, with no onion or garlic in the kitchen for that function.

How early do you arrive?

For a morning function, the night before for prep and the setup. Nobody should be carrying burners up a staircase an hour before the puja.
