Gruhapravesam and House Warming Planners in Hyderabad
Pandit, homam, puja samagri, traditional entrance decor and catering.
House Warming Ceremonies, Fully Arranged
A gruhapravesam usually happens at dawn, in a house with no furniture, no kitchen set up and half the family arriving from out of town. It is exactly the kind of event that benefits from a team that has done it a hundred times.
Vinora Events handles gruhapravesam and house warming functions in Hyderabad end to end — pandit and homam, puja samagri, entrance decor, seating, generator backup where the connection is not yet live, catering and clearing.

Yes — pandit, homam setup, all puja samagri, kalasham, go-puja arrangements where required, and a muhurtham-aligned schedule so the entry happens at the exact auspicious time.

How We Actually Do It
Gruhapravesam runs to a fixed muhurtham, which means everything is planned backwards from one moment. Here is how.
-
01
Step 1
Muhurtham and the purohit’s list
We start from your purohit — the exact muhurtham time, which homam is being performed, and the samagri list. Everything else is scheduled around that, because the one thing that cannot slip is the timing.
-
02
Step 2
A walk through your new home
We see the entrance, the puja space, where the homam will be, where people will sit and eat, and what the kitchen and lift access allow. A plan made over the phone for a house nobody has seen does not survive the morning.
-
03
Step 3
Decor set up before, not during
Entrance toranam, rangoli, kalash and the puja area are finished before the muhurtham window opens, not while the family is waiting. For an early muhurtham that means we start the night before or very early.
-
04
Step 4
Satvik food, properly separated
If the family keeps it satvik, the meal is cooked without onion and garlic in separate vessels and served at a separate counter — not simply ordered without the ingredients. We confirm this in writing because it matters to the people it matters to.
-
05
Step 5
Serving around the ritual
Food is held and served after the homam and the blessings, not in competition with them. For a home function, we plan serving in waves rather than one queue through a corridor.
-
06
Step 6
Clearing the same day
Your new home is handed back clean. Vessels, decor and waste leave with us the same day, because nobody wants to start living in a house full of someone else’s crates.
Anything here you want done differently, say so at the first meeting — this is how we work, not a rule you have to accept. Talk to us or call +91 97036 16476.

How much does a gruhapravesam cost in Hyderabad?
For 60 guests at home, ₹45,000 to ₹85,000 covers decor, a satvik meal, purohit, puja items and photography. Decor alone starts at ₹5,000 and the meal runs ₹250 to ₹380 per plate.
Do you arrange the purohit and puja samagri?
Yes. We work to your family purohit’s list, or arrange one. Samagri typically costs ₹3,000 to ₹9,000 depending on which homam is performed.
Is the food cooked without onion and garlic?
Yes, when you ask for satvik. It is cooked in separate vessels and served at a separate counter, not simply ordered without the ingredients.
