Wedding Decorators in Vijayawada

Mandap structures, stage and entrance design, floral installations and lighting for Vijayawada weddings and functions — designed, fabricated and installed by our own workshop crew.

How an out-of-city decor build actually runs

1. Site visit and measurements — ceiling height, stage width, power points, entry width for panels, lift access. A design drawn from photographs does not fit on the day.
2. 3D render and material board approved — and for Vijayawada this has to happen about two weeks earlier than a Hyderabad job, because what we build has to be trucked down.
3. Fabrication in our LB Nagar workshop — carpentry, printing, metalwork. Large pieces are test-assembled before they ship.
4. Transport two days ahead, with a contingency day built in. NH-65 is reliable but a truck breakdown on the morning of a muhurtham is not recoverable.
5. Fresh flowers bought in Vijayawada on the morning — flowers never travel with the structure.
6. Lighting designed, not improvised — uplighters and pin-spots are what make decor photograph well, and they are a listed line in the quote.

Vijayawada summers are harsher than Hyderabad’s, so for March-to-June functions heat-sensitive flowers go into shaded parts of the design and hardier varieties take the exposed positions.
