Before anything is ordered
Design approval and a menu tasting
You approve a 3D render and a physical material board for the decor. Separately, you come to our LB Nagar kitchen and taste the exact menu you ordered — not a sample of other dishes. Changes made here cost nothing. Changes made after fabrication starts cost money, which is why we front-load them.

One month out
Vendor lock and the written run-sheet
Every supplier is confirmed in writing with timings. You receive a minute-by-minute run-sheet — when the mandap goes up, when the pandit arrives, when the first guests are fed — and so does every vendor and both families. Nobody is improvising on the morning.

Event week
Setup, rehearsal and contingency
We take venue access as early as the contract allows. The stage is built and lit the night before where possible. We walk the run-sheet with the crew, confirm the wet-weather plan, the backup power and the spare inventory, and give your family one phone number to call.

You are a guest at your own wedding
A named planner is on site from setup to clearing — the same person you have been talking to for months, not a stand-in. Decisions get made without reaching you. The one thing we will ask you for is the family-photo slot, which is blocked in the schedule in advance so relatives do not leave before it.
