Pre-Wedding Shoot Locations in Vijayawada
Vijayawada has better pre-wedding locations than it gets credit for — a river, hills, rock-cut caves and a fort, all within an hour. The constraint is heat and crowds, so timing matters more than the location does.

Season and time
November to February is comfortable and is when most shoots happen. March to June the heat shows in the frames and in the makeup — shoot sunrise or do not shoot. July to October brings green landscape and unpredictable light, which can be beautiful and needs a backup plan.
Golden hour here is roughly the first and last 45 minutes of daylight. That is the whole window; a shoot that starts late loses it and cannot get it back.
Practical planning
- Two locations a day, not four. Travel and changes eat the light.
- Outfit changes need somewhere to change. Plan it, or it becomes a car.
- Permissions — several of these sites restrict tripods, drones or commercial shoots. Check before, not at the gate.
- Carry water and shade for anything between March and June.
- A weather alternative for the monsoon months, decided in advance.
