Our head cook travels down and runs the kitchen with local kitchen staff, and raw material is bought in Vijayawada markets on the morning — which is also why the vegetables and fish are fresher than anything that could be trucked in.
• Flowers and perishables are sourced locally, the morning of each function.
• Decor is fabricated in our LB Nagar workshop and trucked down, which is why Vijayawada decor needs its design locked about two weeks earlier than a Hyderabad one. Flowers and fresh work are built on site.
• Our planner and key crew are on site from the day before. One named person is accountable for the whole event, not a local contact we hand you over to.
• Travel and transport are a written line in the quote — not folded into the per-plate rate where you cannot see it.

What that gives you: local sourcing and local labour rates, with one planner, one itemised quote and one person answerable on the day.
