Most conferences here run bilingually, and it affects more than the script: session timings stretch, slides need to be readable for both audiences, and the compere has to be genuinely comfortable in both rather than reading one of them phonetically. Worth deciding early rather than on the morning.

Convention centres around Ramavarappadu and the Eluru highway, hotel banquet space near Benz Circle, and newer facilities across the river at Mangalagiri. Delegates flying in land at Gannavaram, about 20 km out, which matters for the pick-up schedule.
