Step 1
Site visit before any design
We measure the venue — ceiling height, stage width, power points, entry width for fabricated panels, lift access if it is an apartment. A design drawn without this is a guess, and guesses are what do not fit on the day.

3D render and a material board
You see a photo-realistic render of your stage, entrance and photo corner, plus a physical board with the actual fabrics and flowers we will use. Fresh florals and artificial florals are marked separately, because that single distinction is where most quotes differ by three times.

Fabrication in our own workshop
Carpentry, printing and metalwork happen in our LB Nagar workshop, not at a third-party fabricator we chase by phone. You can come and see the build mid-way.

Flowers sourced the same morning
Fresh florals are bought the morning of the function, not the day before. Hyderabad heat is unforgiving, so heat-sensitive varieties go into shaded and misted areas of the design and hardier ones take the exposed positions.
