Vinora Events cooks mutton and chicken haleem the slow way in our own kitchen — wheat, lentils, meat and ghee pounded and simmered through the night — and serves it at the venue from the deg, with fried onions, lemon, coriander and mint, for iftar parties, Ramzan community gatherings, weddings and corporate iftars.
